Advocacy Accomplishments Report for 2022 now available

Entirely digital report spotlights ACS CAN's phenomenal progress.

The 2022 American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) Advocacy Accomplishments Report is now available. Throughout the year, ACS CAN continued to deliver phenomenal progress in the fight to end cancer as we know it for everyone.

The 2022 report highlights this growth, including the numerous campaigns to expand access to care through Medicaid in South Dakota, comprehensive tobacco control legislation to protect public health, an extensive conversation around the crucial, lifesaving role to increase federally funded cancer research and prevention, and the expansion of the organization’s health equity, diversity, equity, and inclusion work. These are just a few of ACS CAN’s considerable successes in 2022.

The report is an entirely digital format again this year for optimized mobile viewing on phones, tablets and desktop computers and can be accessed at fightcancer.org/accomplishments. An accessible version of the report is also available on the site. The online format provides a more robust visual and interactive experience to share across several communication platforms. In addition to the report, an infographic is available online on fightcancer.org in both English and in Spanish and will be posted to Brand Toolkit.

Please share the 2022 Advocacy Accomplishment Report with volunteers, donors, partners and other interested parties to spread word about the tremendous impact advocacy contributes to the cancer fight.
