NCCRT hosts Colorectal Cancer Awareness webcast

Watch thought leaders and policy experts on the recording, now available.

The American Cancer Society National Colorectal Cancer Roundtable (ACS NCCRT) convened its eighth annual Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month Webcast on March 23 to celebrate national achievements and to share the latest state of the field updates.

The recording and slide deck for the hour-long program is available on the NCCRT website.

The webcast opened with an overview of the landscape of colorectal cancer screening in 2023. The program then featured a short video with testimonials from four colorectal cancer survivors, followed by a deep dive into the recently released Colorectal Cancer Facts & Figures report. The program also included a panel discussion with the ACS NCCRT’s 2023 80% in Every Community National Achievement Award grand prize honoree, who shared their strategies and successes in reaching under-represented communities for colorectal cancer screening.
