New Relay For Life podcast series keeps the conversation going

Volunteers now have a new way to stay connected to the Relay For Life movement, thanks to the recent launch of a podcast series created by Relay leadership volunteers.

Called Around the Track: A Relay For Life Podcast, the audio series provides volunteers with news, information, and ideas about the Relay For Life program and the American Cancer Society.

There are two new episodes each week. On Tuesdays, the podcasts will focus on Relay volunteer leadership, teams, mission, survivors and caregivers, and event preparation, among other topics. On Fridays, the focus is all about fundraising.

Some of the first podcast episodes have featured conversations with CEO Gary Reedy about how the Relay For Life fits into his vision, and Relay For Life Hall of Fame members Pat Flynn (the mother of Relay), Phylecia Wilson, Bob Brodell, MD, and Jeff Ross.

You can listen to the podcast on iTunes, Google Play, TuneIn, Stitcher, or search for it on Relay Connect. Please share this exciting news, rate the podcast on iTunes, and encourage everyone to join Around the Track!
